The APNC is officially registered with the FEC on September 9, 2025 (FEC ID: C00919175), as a national party committee, with a request for an advisory opinion to confirm its national party status. The APNC operates as an Independent (third-party) organization, advancing a centrist platform prioritizing fiscal responsibility, technological innovation, and effective governance. We aim to support competitive races in the 2026 midterm elections (e.g., Senate races in Pennsylvania and Kentucky, and select House races in Georgia and Arizona). We are honored to have Elon Musk serve as Honorary Chair, providing strategic vision and public advocacy to amplify our mission, consistent with his commitment to non-partisan governance reform.

To ensure robust financial management, we have established three segregated bank accounts: 1. Wells Fargo Bank (America Party National Fund): Manages federal contributions and expenditures for 2026 federal campaigns, ensuring compliance with FEC regulations; 2. JPMorgan Chase Bank (America Party Nonfederal Fund): Handles state-level contributions and expenditures for ballot access efforts (e.g., signature drives in Kentucky and Pennsylvania) and local campaigns, adhering to state election laws; and 3. Bank of America (America Party Operational Reserve): Covers administrative and compliance costs, including legal fees and quarterly Form 3P filings, ensuring operational stability.

The APNC is affiliated with America PAC (FEC ID: C00836461), a connected organization sharing resources and contribution limits, which strengthens our capacity to operate nationally as an Independent entity.
